Job Description

Regional Sales Manager driving revenue growth and managing sales teams in the Philippines hospitality sector. Focus on customer success, market expansion, and internal collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage BDMs and Telesales teams to achieve consistent performance
  • Ensure 100%+ achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct weekly reviews, coaching sessions, and performance tracking
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and continuous training of sales team
  • Ensure complete CRM compliance using HubSpot
  • Own regional revenue targets across new properties, licenses, and LTV
  • Drive growth in ARPA and MRR
  • Maintain a healthy 3× sales pipeline at all times
  • Reduce churn and improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Build strong relationships with hotel owners, GMs, and key decision-makers
  • Work closely with Implementation and Support teams for smooth onboarding and adoption
  • Expand company presence across key regions in the Philippines
  • Close enterprise and multi-property hotel group deals (5+ properties)
  • Build partnerships with hotel associations and tourism bodies
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts
  • Share market feedback and insights with Product, Marketing, and Support teams
  • Ensure timely reporting and adherence to internal processes

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience in SaaS, B2B, or Hospitality Technology sales
  • Proven track record of managing sales teams and exceeding targets
  • Strong knowledge of the Philippines hospitality market
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Willingness to travel across regions as required
