Job Description
Regional Sales Manager at Rittal LLC identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Collaborating with teams to expand client base and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics to guide sales strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align offerings with market demand.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Drive regional engagement with the Vertical Market Team’s strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to analyze market trends and use data to inform strategic decisions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
- Must currently reside within 50 miles of the posted location.
