Job Description

Regional Sales Manager selling McCrometer flow-metering solutions to industrial, water, agriculture, and energy customers. Growing channel partnerships and territory revenue across Colorado, Washington, and Oregon.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth within the assigned territory by positioning McCrometer’s metering solutions in key vertical markets
  • Focus on value-based selling, customer relationship building, and channel partner management
  • Identify, influence, and close new business opportunities
  • Expand direct sales, increase profit margins, and meet ambitious targets
  • Build and grow relationships with channel partners, end users, dealers, and distributors
  • Develop and execute a territory sales growth strategy and set goals with channel partners
  • Utilize and update the SFDC CRM system to manage opportunities, track performance, and prepare sales reports and forecasts
  • Educate customers on McCrometer’s product portfolio and value proposition
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues
  • Attend trade shows and industry conferences
  • Assess market opportunities and provide customer and competitive feedback
  • Travel up to 50% within the territory while complying with safety regulations and company policies
  • Report to the NA Sales Director as part of the North America Sales Team

Requirements:

  • Must be located in Colorado, Washington or Oregon states
  • BS in Business or Engineering (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience (preferred), ideally with flow meters, water/wastewater, oil & gas, or industrial applications
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory, including Colorado, Washington, Western Canada and Alaska
  • Valid passport or ability to obtain one is required
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical or customer issues while achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computers and common business productivity tools, including Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and project scheduling tools
