Job Description
Sales Account Executive responsible for client acquisition and retention for Atrium solutions. Executing sales processes and managing relationships with strategic clients.
Responsibilities:
- The Sales Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for acquiring new Atrium clients and retaining existing ones by executing the Atrium Sales Process.
- This includes securing introduction calls, diagnosing client needs, presenting tailored Atrium solutions, conducting formal presentations and demonstrations, providing quotes, and finalizing agreements.
- Additionally, SAEs manage client relationships through renewals, upselling, and periodic health checks to ensure client satisfaction.
- This role requires strong communication and organization skills, with occasional travel (up to 25%).
- Develop and maintain written account plans to retain and grow strategic client relationships, including revenue and relationship goals.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and document client feedback.
- Drive and process orders for Atrium and third-party add-ons.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or Sales Account Manager.
- Hands-on experience in sales with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- 3+ years’ experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS) sales.
- Preferably, experience in higher education campus card (One Card) business, including dining and retail operations, meal plans, declining balance accounts, attendance tracking, and physical access control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables effectively.
- Proficiency in time management, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Competence in tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, Slack, Google Suite, Atrium’s CRM, and Gmail.
- BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
