Job Description
Sales Account Manager responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities and engaging customers in the UK & Ireland market. Join a dynamic team at Imagicle to innovate customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, emails and web 2.0 tools
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Performing effective online demos to customers
- Helping customers and partners to make quotations and proposals
- Performing online/live presentations and sales training to partners
- Closing sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Maintaining and expanding the database of contacts
- Generating additional demand through partner events; studying the market for newer trends and reporting the same to the management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Traveling is often required
- Experience in the UC/CC/ICT market will be considered a plus
