Job Description
Consultant managing commercial sales for PNLD educational programs promoting quality education in Brazil. Engaging clients, achieving sales goals, and leveraging CRM tools effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve established sales targets for the PNLD segment.
- Actively prospect new clients to expand the sales portfolio.
- Efficiently manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
- Use CRM tools to track and record sales activities.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Demonstrate agility, initiative, and flexibility in resolving day-to-day challenges.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and commercial management.
- Practical knowledge of CRM tools.
- Training in sales and negotiation techniques.
- Proactive profile with strong communication skills and dynamism.
- Ability to work with a results- and target-oriented approach.
- Capacity to act with flexibility and adapt to market demands.
