Job Description
Sales Coordinator managing account portfolio and coordinating updates on opportunities for Cencora's global commercial team. Supporting sales management and facilitating customer relationships in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the global commercial team by managing the account portfolio and coordinating updates on opportunities progress with Operations and Commercial
- Proactively maintaining the portfolio in close collaboration with Opportunity owners and Account Managers
- Identifying and reporting on key opportunities to prevent overdue milestones
- Ensuring accurate commercial follow-up, and supporting overall business performance
- Driving repeated sales (“Protect”)
- Assisting sales representatives by providing necessary resources and handling administrative tasks
- Ensuring they regularly have up-to-date opportunities and sales figures
- Working with collaborators from Commercial and Business Groups to facilitate commercial activities follow-up
- Monitoring sales metrics and preparing management reports to assess performance
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and handling renewal-related inquiries as needed
- Assisting in training new sales staff and providing ongoing support
Requirements:
- Verbal and written proficiency in English language (business fluent)
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Proven experience working for a Service Provider (pharmaceutical nice to have)
- Technical Proficiency: Very good skill in using Salesforce (RevX) and PBI, including reporting functionalities
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, global matrix environment
- Good level of responsibility, professionalism, and diplomacy when engaging internal stakeholders
- Problem-solving Skills: Ability to address issues promptly and efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field (preferred)
