Job Description
Sales Enablement Manager improving training, CRM adoption, and sales execution. Supporting Cornerstone Building Brands’ North American exterior building-products business.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, coordinate, and facilitate a structured sales learning curriculum
- Own field-sales readiness and coordinate ongoing sales development with sales leaders and subject-matter owners
- Equip sales managers with coaching tools and reinforcement resources
- Translate cross-functional content into field-ready playbooks, guides, presentations, templates, training materials, and sales tools
- Support CRM adoption, data quality, process consistency, and effective CRM execution
- Lead implementation and adoption plans for sales tools, processes, programs, and commercial initiatives
- Maintain and improve enablement processes, tools, and documentation
- Support account planning by preparing materials, tracking progress, and identifying insights
- Measure enablement effectiveness through readiness, adoption, process execution, content utilization, manager reinforcement, and business outcomes
- Identify capability gaps and recommend enablement improvements and execution priorities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Operations, Sales Management, Learning & Development, or a related commercial function
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered
- Experience supporting sales organizations or working with B2B environments preferred
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and learning platforms is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering onboarding, curriculum, or ongoing sales development programs
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms; Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics preferred
- Experience with Excel and/or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Ability to travel up to 25%
