Job Description
Sales Lead Engagement Specialist managing qualified meetings through various outreach methods at Shae Group. Engaging with potential clients using AI-driven techniques to optimize performance.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and build ICP/account lists, map buying groups, and prepare outreach hypotheses.
- Execute multichannel sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn, chat, webinars) and optimize messaging.
- Run structured qualification, book meetings and hand off SAL → SQL with clean notes.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, activity logging and weekly forecasting/reporting.
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years’ experience in SDR/BDR or high-volume outreach roles.
- Proficient with modern CRMs and sequencing tools (HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft/Apollo) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong written and spoken English, disciplined data hygiene and high-output execution.
- Nice-to-have: Experience in tech, healthtech or AI-enabled product sales. Familiarity with AI assistants for research and messaging.
