Job Description

Senior Manager managing business development efforts to increase AOC sales growth in healthcare staffing. Engaging in lead generation and market research initiatives to support sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing new client agreements and job orders
  • Prospects via phone, text, email, and social media
  • Reaches achievable sales and production goals set by the leadership team
  • Collaborates with AOC account management and recruitment peers
  • Partners with Account Executives to create strategies to land and expand accounts
  • Manages activity and metrics to drive decision-making
  • Attends trade conferences and in-person client meetings

Requirements:

  • 5 years of prior relevant experience required in healthcare staffing sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience and success with cold calling/prospecting
  • Experience working in a modern technology-driven, data-centric environment
  • Curiosity, persistence, coachability, and a sense of urgency
  • Someone with a growth mindset who wants to learn and develop professionally
