Job Description
Senior Manager managing business development efforts to increase AOC sales growth in healthcare staffing. Engaging in lead generation and market research initiatives to support sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing new client agreements and job orders
- Prospects via phone, text, email, and social media
- Reaches achievable sales and production goals set by the leadership team
- Collaborates with AOC account management and recruitment peers
- Partners with Account Executives to create strategies to land and expand accounts
- Manages activity and metrics to drive decision-making
- Attends trade conferences and in-person client meetings
Requirements:
- 5 years of prior relevant experience required in healthcare staffing sales
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience and success with cold calling/prospecting
- Experience working in a modern technology-driven, data-centric environment
- Curiosity, persistence, coachability, and a sense of urgency
- Someone with a growth mindset who wants to learn and develop professionally
