Job Description
Business Development Representative focusing on sales in the food industry at Cargill. Developing business plans and collaborating cross-functionally for sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to increasing sales and revenue from new and existing market segments and channels
- Help shape business expansion strategies and provide input into the company's annual business development plans
- Develop ways to increase sales and revenue from new customers
- Develop and implement business plans, work cross functionally with marketing and technical teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum requirement of 3 years of relevant work experience, typically reflects 4 years or more of relevant experience
- Ability and willingness to travel overnight up to 25%
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Package
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, technical service or business development in the food & beverage industry focused on food ingredients
