Job Description
Training Manager designing learning and adoption programs for Capgemini Invent, a digital and sustainable transformation consultancy. Delivering workforce capability solutions for organisational change and technology adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement learning strategies supporting workforce transformation, technology adoption, and organisational change
- Conduct learning needs analyses to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning solutions aligned with business objectives
- Develop training materials, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, and supporting resources
- Deliver instructor-led, virtual, workshop, digital, and blended learning programs
- Coordinate training delivery across diverse stakeholder groups
- Develop capability-building programs to maximise adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working
- Partner with change and communications teams to integrate learning into transformation initiatives
- Monitor training effectiveness and improve learner engagement and business outcomes
- Understand client business needs, provide learning advice, and deliver practical solutions
- Contribute to consulting engagements through planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver successful client outcomes
- Contribute to learning assets, methodologies, proposals, and capability-building initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, HR, Organisational Psychology, or related discipline
- Core consulting skills, including problem-solving, facilitation, and data literacy
- Workforce/HR domain exposure
- Change or transformation experience
- Experience creating training materials using tools such as MS PowerPoint and SAP EnableNow
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Resilience, tenacity, and perseverance
- Strong presentation skills
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and project lifecycle phases
- Well organised, detail focused, and diligent
- Demonstrated success delivering training programs for audiences of 100+
- Experience leading remote teams highly regarded
