Job Description
Sales Manager for Abbott's Infectious Disease market in Austria and Switzerland. Responsible for driving sales strategy, stakeholder management, and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Abbott Rapid Diagnostics leads in large scale moves toward point-of-care
- Drive the strategy of the ARDx ID Business Unit
- Manage and influence a wide variety of stakeholders
- Develop and deliver Organisational Excellence within our Austria and Switzerland organization
- Develop well trusted relationships with public and commercial payor stakeholders
- Collaborate with other functions (especially Marketing, Market Access, Finance, Global Business Services)
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ sales experience
- Effective communicator
- Exceptional selling skills
- Fluent in German and in English
- Proficient in dealing with both primary and secondary customers at all levels
