Job Description

Sales Manager responsible for acquiring B2B clients for EGYM Wellpass, a corporate health benefits provider. Engage clients and partners while collaborating across marketing, sales, and customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • New business acquisition: You independently identify and acquire corporate clients and partner companies for EGYM Wellpass and take responsibility for your sales process — from initiating first meetings to successfully closing contracts
  • Account management: You support your existing clients with operational questions and build long-term, trust-based relationships
  • Activation initiatives: You help activate client employees through events and communication measures
  • CRM management: You document your activities in a structured way in our CRM system (Salesforce), enabling efficient collaboration
  • Sales innovation: You contribute optimization suggestions and ideas to make the sales organization even more successful
  • Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with colleagues in Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
  • Travel: You visit your clients regularly, up to 2–3 days per week

Requirements:

  • Sales experience: You have at least two years of experience in B2B sales and don’t give up after an initial “no” from a client because you know you have a strong product and a great team behind you
  • Regional familiarity: You are from Schleswig-Holstein or know the region well enough that you are familiar with the local culture, people, and specific characteristics
  • Results-driven: You are motivated by taking control of your own success
  • Interest in sports: You have practical experience in the sports sector, corporate health management, or company fitness, or you bring relevant knowledge in this area (e.g., through your studies)
  • Purpose-driven sales: You want to sell a product that matters as your next career step and help EGYM Wellpass put employee health at the center of companies
  • Organizational skills: You maintain a structured and independent way of working
