Job Description

Sales Operations Specialist managing sales, onboarding, support, risk, and marketing operations for RevenueCat’s RC Capital developer financing product. Improving customer acquisition and lifecycle workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the RC Capital customer lifecycle end-to-end, including lead evaluation, customer onboarding, live customer support, and operational and risk work
  • Review pipeline stages and onboarding processes to ensure opportunities do not fall through the cracks
  • Shadow and conduct sales calls, onboarding flows, account reviews, customer calls, and support interactions
  • Handle customer queries and disputes, escalating genuine edge cases
  • Own inbound and outbound opportunities from screening through onboarding
  • Report on funnel size and quality, including funnel composition, speed to close, and stage drop-off
  • Contribute to marketing and content initiatives for developer acquisition and retention
  • Surface customer needs and operational improvements for roadmap planning
  • Run the full sales cycle and collaborate with Sales and Support to acquire new RC Capital leads
  • Oversee marketing efforts and track campaign and pipeline performance against targets
  • Ship automations and workflow changes to reduce manual support load and improve customer experience
  • Implement and refine risk-management strategies across the sales lifecycle
  • Contribute customer requests to the Product roadmap
  • Serve as a point of contact for Legal, Operations, and Data on partner and regulatory questions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a client-facing role spanning sales, account management, or customer support, ideally with fintech/payments experience
  • 1-2 years of marketing or growth experience running campaigns, producing content, or managing CRM-driven outreach
  • Fluency in tracking marketing performance
  • Track record of closing and managing a high volume of client relationships
  • Ability to operate across ambiguity in client calls, data reviews, and cross-functional planning meetings
  • Comfortable with AI tools and building automations
  • Strong analytical instincts
  • Comfortable working in CRM, support, and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Notion, Linear, Zendesk/Intercom, and Google Analytics or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to remain calm when resolving disputes or risk issues
  • Detail-oriented approach with a bias toward process improvement and documentation
  • Ability to work overlapping hours with US timezones
  • Nice to have: payment operations, fraud/risk workflows, or compliance-adjacent experience
  • Nice to have: exposure to mobile apps or embedded finance industries
