Job Description

Sales Operations Specialist optimizing CRM processes at Cyntegrity, improving sales efficiency for clinical trial risk management. Collaborating with business teams to enhance data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize our CRM system (HubSpot preferred) to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and pipeline performance.
  • Analyze sales data and generate actionable insights, reports, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop sales enablement materials (PowerPoint decks, trainings, templates) to support the team across different stages of the funnel.
  • Support RFP/proposal management and coordinate responses in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure process consistency and documentation.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree with an advanced degree in life sciences, economics & business, or engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems, HubSpot preferred.
  • Excellent data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM reporting).
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills; ability to create clear, visually compelling presentations.
  • Experience supporting RFPs and proposal development processes.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
