Job Description
Director of Revenue Operations implementing technology and performance improvement initiatives at Lift Enablement. Collaborating with clients and teams, ensuring successful adoption and delighting clients in the process.
Responsibilities:
- Be a core player in designing, monitoring, and executing technology implementations and revenue growth-focused performance improvement initiatives.
- Identify weaknesses in current processes and improve those processes and develop new ones.
- Project management - ensure programs are tracking with the goals and objectives of client programs.
- Monitor user adoption rates and respond to improve adoption.
- Provide support for developing necessary sales and marketing tools for client deliverables.
- Work directly with clients with the responsibility to ensure they are delighted.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least four years of experience in high-impact sales, marketing, and/or revops roles.
- Experience managing projects that require coordination across internal and external teams under tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in a client services environment is a plus.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements is important.
- Broad knowledge and direct experience with core applications like HubSpot or Salesforce,
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with platforms like WordPress or Hubspot is ideal.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Illustrator would be a plus.
