Job Description
Independent Sales Partner generating qualified business opportunities and closing revenue for Avant Tech Nigeria. Ideal for experienced sellers with strong networks in B2B sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective B2B clients within Nigeria
- Leverage personal and professional networks to generate leads
- Conduct initial outreach and discovery conversations
- Qualify opportunities and introduce Avant Tech solutions
- Register leads through the approved deal-registration process
- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to progress deals
- Hand off qualified opportunities for pricing, contracting, and delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, recruiting, consulting, or business development
- Existing network within HR, compliance, fintech, banking, oil & gas, healthcare, or SME sectors
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently and on commission
- Results-driven, commercial mindset
