Job Description

Sales Partner managing customer engagement and sales processes for AI real estate solutions in Germany. Presenting online demos and understanding client needs in the sustainability sector.

Responsibilities:

  • You proactively reach out to potential clients in the real estate sector: portfolio owners, property managers, asset managers, and project developers.
  • You present Gridty in online demos and demonstrate clear value.
  • You understand your clients' challenges in ESG, refurbishment/renovation and energy costs — and present concrete solutions.
  • You independently manage the entire sales process from initial outreach to closing.

Requirements:

  • Sales professional with real estate DNA: You know the real estate market (e.g., asset management, facility management, project development) and know how to engage decision-makers.
  • Value-added consultative approach: You connect people with solutions — not just products.
  • A true networker: You know how to generate referrals, build trust, and leverage networks.
