Job Description

Sales & Partnerships Executive responsible for driving revenue growth and developing partnerships in FX solutions. Managing client relationships and expanding business opportunities across financial markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, target, and onboard new clients including corporates, traders, brokers, payment companies, and financial institutions.
  • Promote FX inbound and outbound solutions, spot FX, currency swaps, oil, commodities, and metals trading products.
  • Generate leads through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and post-sales relationship management.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and volume targets.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, payment service provider, brokers, agents, liquidity providers, and institutional clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, partnership agreements, and pricing structures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners and key clients, ensuring long-term relationship growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (trading, operations, compliance, and risk) to deliver seamless client solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell FX services.
  • Stay informed on FX market trends, currency movements, commodities, metals, and oil markets.
  • Provide market insights and tailored solutions to clients based on their trading and hedging needs.
  • Gather client feedback and market intelligence to support product development and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and client records using CRM tools.
  • Ensure all sales and partnership activities comply with KYC, AML/CFT, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies.
  • Prepare regular sales performance and partnership reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in FX sales, financial markets sales, or partnerships, preferably within FX, commodities, or CFD trading.
  • Strong understanding of FX products, currency swaps, spot trading, and commodity markets (oil and metals).
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage high-value client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with international clients and cross-border transactions is an advantage.
