Job Description

Sales & Partnerships Manager developing partnerships with UK schools and recruiting host families for an international education organization. Driving sales through lead generation, outreach, and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop partnerships with UK high schools and local authorities to place international students
  • Leverage your existing network within schools and education stakeholders
  • Pitch, negotiate, and secure school participation in our international programmes
  • Recruit, promote, and convert host families to accommodate international students
  • Design and execute local marketing and advertising strategies to attract host families
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, meetings, follow-up, and conversion
  • Represent the company professionally with schools, families, and partners

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within education, recruitment, or partnerships
  • Strong knowledge of UK high schools and/or local authorities
  • Confidence presenting to schools, parents, and community groups
  • Experience generating leads and converting them through marketing or direct outreach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A driven, self-motivated mindset with a commercial edge
  • A professional, outgoing, and organised approach
