Job Description

Sales Portfolio Manager managing treasury management and payment solutions for commercial banking clients. Ensuring compliance and optimizing processes for enhanced client experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Applies consultative sales and relationship management practices to generate leads and close sales of treasury management and payment solutions
  • Monitors implementation activities to ensure alignment with timelines
  • Manages sales processes, client engagement and outcomes
  • Runs point for sales activities such as presentations, bids/proposals, and requests for information
  • Manages client sales inquiries ensuring clear communication and timely responses
  • Analyzes trends in overdrawn accounts and implements escalation procedures
  • Provides guidance on treasury management solutions, helping clients optimize cash flow and enhance liquidity management
  • Works closely with internal teams and stakeholders to define products and solutions

Requirements:

  • 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in treasury management and treasury products
  • Ability to manage commercial banking clients
  • Bachelor's degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience
  • French language skills are a strong asset given the client base and cross-border nature of this role.
