Job Description
Merchandiser optimizing in-store sales activations for Mondelēz International. Visiting stores, monitoring shelf assortment, and improving product exposure.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Mondelēz International by visiting stores according to the agreed schedule.
- Monitor shelf space and product assortment.
- Display campaign materials and identify the best in-store locations.
- Complete required administrative tasks.
- Optimize the use of point-of-sale materials.
- Ensure Mondelēz is the customer's preferred supplier.
- Increase product visibility in stores.
Requirements:
- Previous merchandising experience (preferred)
- Confident, with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve set goals
- Computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills
