Job Description

Sales Specialist connecting IT solutions with Swiss SMEs in German-speaking regions. Managing sales pipeline and fostering customer relationships for tailored IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • New customer acquisition & handling leads
  • Understanding the context and requirement profiles of different industries and personas
  • Evaluating and proposing effective solutions for our clients
  • Managing the sales pipeline and acting as the link between our project managers and clients
  • Expanding sales strategies through proactive measures and your own ideas

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills on the phone and in person
  • Basic IT knowledge and interest in tech topics
  • Willingness to learn and continuously expand existing knowledge independently
  • Solution-oriented and creative mindset
  • Enthusiasm and a "can-do" attitude
  • Sales aptitude
  • Organized and structured way of working
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Intermediate English skills
