Job Description
Sales Specialist connecting IT solutions with Swiss SMEs in German-speaking regions. Managing sales pipeline and fostering customer relationships for tailored IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
- New customer acquisition & handling leads
- Understanding the context and requirement profiles of different industries and personas
- Evaluating and proposing effective solutions for our clients
- Managing the sales pipeline and acting as the link between our project managers and clients
- Expanding sales strategies through proactive measures and your own ideas
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in person
- Basic IT knowledge and interest in tech topics
- Willingness to learn and continuously expand existing knowledge independently
- Solution-oriented and creative mindset
- Enthusiasm and a "can-do" attitude
- Sales aptitude
- Organized and structured way of working
- Excellent German language skills
- Intermediate English skills
