Job Description

Sales Specialist at Second Nature connecting individuals with purpose-driven travel experiences. Engage high-intent leads and contribute to sustainable development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Converting qualified inbound leads through consultative, high-value conversations.
  • Managing your sales pipeline with precision using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Hosting one-on-one consultations and group sessions to inspire potential participants.
  • Building authentic relationships with prospects and alumni to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Delivering against ambitious targets while maintaining exceptional customer experience.
  • Contributing insights to continuously improve sales strategy and performance.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to maximise conversion opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of proven sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • A natural hunter – motivated, persistent, and energised by closing deals.
  • Skilled communicator across phone, email, and live chat - able to connect quickly and persuasively.
  • Organised, proactive, and driven by measurable results.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and digital tools.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Passionate about purpose-driven work and eager to contribute to something bigger than yourself.
  • Bonus points if you have: Experience in international education, travel, or social impact sectors. Exposure to global markets (US, EMEA, APAC). A background in consultative or solution-based sales.
