Job Description

SDR/BDR generating qualified leads and setting meetings for Muvr. Collaborating with sales and partnerships teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential business customers and strategic partners
  • Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit and business needs
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Sales Managers or Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships teams on messaging and targeting
  • Consistently meet activity and pipeline generation goals

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship-building
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups
  • Motivated by targets, growth, and career development in sales
  • Experience in logistics, marketplaces, mobility, or B2B services (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) (preferred)
  • Strong interest in startups and fast-growing environments (preferred)
  • Experience with cold calling, sequencing tools, or sales automation platforms (preferred)
