Job Description
SDR Manager to build and lead a sales development organization for AI observability platform. Responsible for AI-native sales strategies and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Build an AI-Native SDR Organization
- Design and implement workflows where AI assists SDRs across the full sales development cycle: territory planning, prospecting, email personalization, cold call execution, and meeting qualification
- Create a culture where SDRs leverage AI tools to amplify their impact and accelerate their learning
- Continuously experiment with new AI capabilities to maximize team productivity and effectiveness
- Partner on Career Development Programs
- Work closely with leadership to execute structured career pathing that prepares SDRs for AE roles in 12-18 months
- Support the delivery of training curricula, shadowing programs, and skill development frameworks
- Help ensure seamless transitions and high AE success rates
- Operationalize Multi-Channel Pipeline Generation
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to optimize inbound lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and product-led growth motions
- Build processes, playbooks, and metrics that scale with the business
- Drive accountability for pipeline creation and contribution to revenue goals
- Lead and Coach
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing SDR team
- Establish a coaching culture with consistent 1:1s, call reviews, and skill development
- Drive accountability through clear metrics while fostering a supportive team environment
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience managing or leading SDRs in a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Track record of hitting and exceeding pipeline generation goals
- Experience building processes and programs from scratch or in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of modern sales tools, CRM systems, and sales engagement platforms
- Excitement about AI and how it can transform sales development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize performance
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Passion for developing people and building career pathways
