Job Description
Senior Associate processing inward and outward remittance transactions for Mashreq Bank’s Pakistan operations. Ensuring compliant, timely processing and customer satisfaction across UAE and IBG countries.
Responsibilities:
- Process transactions related to Inward Remittances and Outward Remittances
- Provide value-added services
- Ensure transactions are processed within established turnaround times and according to operating procedures
- Maximize customer satisfaction for UAE and IBG countries
