Job Description
Senior Director overseeing Motor Vehicle Accident team and recovery operations in healthcare revenue management. Collaborating with clients and managing team development for optimal service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Motor Vehicle Accident team and oversee all recovery functions
- Manage day-to-day recovery operations and professional development of team members
- Develop relationships with client organizations to ensure superior service delivery
- Accountable for the management and execution of Recovery Department strategy
- Establish operational workflows to impact strategic initiatives between R1 and clients
- Collaborate with senior leaders to set a strategic vision and execute an operating model
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of direct relevant Motor Vehicle Accident experience within healthcare provider operations
- Working knowledge of industry best practices in Motor Vehicle Accident processes
- Proven leadership, management, organizational skills
- Experience with leading EHR and revenue cycle systems including Epic, Meditech, and Cerner
- Ability to travel as needed
