Job Description
Senior HR Analyst responsible for supporting HR and People Operations at Skillsoft. Managing employee experience and HR data analysis in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the overall HR function, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience. Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate orientation sessions.
- Conduct analysis of HR data to support strategic decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to monitor key HR metrics such as turnover rates, time to hire, and employee satisfaction.
- Handle various administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and managing HR databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide advanced support to employees on complex HR-related issues, benefits, and policies.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information in HR systems and databases. Generate reports and analytics as needed.
- Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of related experience
- Proficiency with HRIS (preferably Workday)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven experience in human resources and knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively, adapt to change, and maintain confidentiality
