Job Description

Senior HR Business Partner at Bosch, driving strategic HR initiatives and supporting complex business transformations. Requires extensive HR experience and partnership with senior leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a sparring partner to senior leaders on leadership, talent, and organizational topics
  • Co-create workforce strategies to meet short- and long-term business needs
  • Influence business decisions through data-driven insights and ROI-based proposals
  • Facilitate leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing
  • Inspire a learning culture and support upskilling through internal and external programs
  • Provide coaching and feedback to leaders based on employee experience data
  • Provide guidance on employment matters, including involuntary terminations
  • Ensure implementation of internal policies and compliance with labor laws
  • Lead or support large-scale change initiatives and reorganizations
  • Collaborate with transformation project teams to ensure smooth transitions
  • Manage and participate in various project management activities including but not limited to HR integration during M&A activities, role mapping, policy harmonization, communication planning, partnership with AME HR Leadership Team to manage cadence and oversight of project deliverables and cadence
  • Monitor employee engagement and address concerns during transitions
  • Analyze HR metrics and dashboards to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering and change management
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday)
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience in post-merger integration or organizational transformation
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders
  • International HR experience and cross-cultural competence
  • Project management or change management certification (e.g., PMP, Prosci)
