Job Description

Senior Marketing Recruiter Consultant at Talent Solutions RPO connecting candidates with career goals. Match candidates' skills to job opportunities while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Connect with motivated candidates to learn about their skills, match them to job opportunities and develop pathways to help them achieve their career goals
  • Leverage your social networks and industry communities to build a strong pipeline of in-demand candidates and loyal clients
  • Own your workload and take initiative to deliver on commitments without letting distractions get in the way of success
  • Grow into an expert and adapt to the fast-paced and changing world of work by asking questions and learning more about your areas of specialty
  • Improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and build a growing and diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns
  • Exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio to build loyalty and expand opportunities
  • Oversee quality of delivery and service team and mitigate risks to account health and client satisfaction
  • Coach and train on recruiting best practices, processes and technologies
  • Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities
  • Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience
  • Develop and maintain brand awareness and trusted advisor status by sharing recruitment expertise and dialogue on workforce insights through various platforms
  • Understand and educate client and program teams on the dynamics of the local market, labor and workforce management

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of proven success in full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience in Marketing recruiting for high-growth SaaS or tech organizations
  • Experience and comfort partnering with and consulting at all levels of marketing leadership
  • Desire and capability to work with other Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of marketing openings
  • Proven success in developing inclusive pipelines and diverse talent pools
  • Growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed
  • Success in guiding, consulting, and educating hiring managers on modern hiring best practices
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Nice to Have: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree and experience or exposure to people or project management
