Job Description
Senior People Business Partner influencing Guidewire’s people strategy and enhancing culture in P&C insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand objectives and deliver HR solutions that drive business results
- Act as a strategic advisor on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align culture, performance, and rewards strategies
- Facilitate career development and succession planning in partnership with People Partners
- Work with the Talent Management Team to identify training needs and support talent development programs
- Leverage HR analytics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for organizational improvement
- Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to team members
- Support the communication and rollout of new or updated people programs and policies
- Guide leaders through change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and support
- Oversee Performance Improvement processes, ensuring fairness, compliance, and quality execution
- Collaborate globally with People Team members in a positive, proactive manner
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders
- Experience supporting Technical organizations is a plus
- Proven ability to collaborate and proactively partner with global teams
- Track record of identifying people challenges and driving strategic solutions
- Experience providing business insights to inform people strategy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and develop creative solutions
- Comfort working at all levels of the HR “stack”—strategic, operational, and tactical
- Strong program management and operational excellence skills
- BA degree strongly preferred
