Job Description
Senior People Technology Analyst optimizing Twilio’s talent acquisition systems for global hiring. Configuring platforms, leading requirements, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements with Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications
- Lead requirements clarification and stakeholder demos
- Analyze talent acquisition systems and workflows for improvement, optimization, and fraud prevention
- Configure, design, and implement solutions across TA platforms
- Develop functional design documents and use cases for candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Define test strategies and author UAT scripts
- Coordinate testing cycles and log/triage defects
- Execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations
- Liaise between TA business units and People Technology Product Managers or Owners
- Maintain knowledge of recruitment technologies, sourcing tools, and industry best practices
- Create user guides, release notes, and documentation; facilitate training and knowledge transfer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s preferred
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology/business systems analysis with a heavy focus on Talent Acquisition applications
- Proven expertise and experience supporting Eightfold, Greenhouse, Workday, HackerRank, LinkedIn, HireRight, and candidate fraud platforms
- Expertise in SDLC, business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, data modeling, process mapping, UAT execution, and documentation
- Experience working with internal and external audit teams and understanding of SOX controls
- Experience with configuration, testing, and implementation of HR technology systems
- Ability to interface effectively with technical and non-technical TA stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Deep knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate lifecycle management, sourcing strategies, and pre-hire compliance
- Role is open to candidates outside California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington D.C., and Washington State
- Remote and based in the East Coast, USA
