Job Description
Senior Product Manager owning digital prescription journeys for Europe’s leading online pharmacy. Driving experimentation, AI-enabled personalisation, conversion, and compliant healthcare eCommerce growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end digital prescription journey from prescription capture and health insurance card scanning through checkout and order confirmation
- Drive product strategy and experimentation using customer insights, analytics, and A/B testing
- Improve conversion, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth
- Identify opportunities to apply AI, personalisation, and intelligent recommendations
- Partner with Engineering, UX, Pharmacy, Legal, Commercial, and Data teams
- Deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-centric product solutions
- Define measurable product outcomes and maintain a roadmap focused on conversion, Rx order growth, and customer experience
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering customer-facing digital products within eCommerce, marketplaces, or consumer technology
- Proven commercial impact
- Experience working in complex, regulated environments
- Strong experience with product analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion optimisation
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Practical experience using AI product development tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, or similar technologies
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated industries is a plus
