Job Description
Managing complex digital projects for the largest performance production specialist in Switzerland. Join our remote team to enhance creative performance and client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects in a correct, cost effective and timely manner
- Ensure that projects are in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
- Scope project requirements and prepare budget
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress
- Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
- Communicate with the team and ensure members are on board with delegated tasks
- Seek opportunities for improvement
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Keep KPIs and project milestones
- Form strong relationships with clients
- Updating key stakeholders on project status
- Work as part of a team to win new business and develop current client relationships as part of the business pipeline
Requirements:
- An ability to identify the core of client brief and provide direction to development across production team
- A knowledge of working with budgets, forecasting and metrics
- A skill and joy to work with complicated excel sheets
- An eye for the detail while overseeing the big picture
- A passion for working structured and organized
- A need to finish task on time and within budget
- A desire to make your client and your stakeholders happy
- An ability to behave and communicate according to our values
- A creative vein that can evaluate your own work
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management (preferably digital)
- Bsc in Business Administration or similar
- Further theoretical training in the field of project management is an advantage
- Experiences in Performance Marketing are welcome as well
