Job Description
Senior Recruiter overseeing the full cycle of internship recruitment in Canada for a major gaming company. Focusing on technical, game design, and art roles to build inclusive talent pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the full cycle internship/co-op recruitment process
- Create job descriptions and post requisitions
- Manage recruiting data by maintaining candidate pipelines
- Oversee candidate workflow and communications
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers
- Partner with HR Operations for smooth onboarding
- Apply insights to inform recruiting strategy and drive process improvements
- Execute recruitment objectives with a focus on efficiency and scalability
Requirements:
- 4+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience
- Advanced proficiency in English and French
- Demonstrated experience with high‑volume university or early‑careers recruitment
- Strong understanding of university recruiting processes
- Proven ability to manage recruiting data and candidate pipelines
- Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events for 30–300 participants.
