Job Description
Sales Operations Analyst managing prospect databases, enrichment, segmentation, and Salesforce governance. Supporting Xometry’s industrial sourcing and digital marketing business with scalable sales pipeline operations.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the company’s core prospect and contact database
- Identify and pull large-scale prospect lists based on Ideal Customer Profiles defined by Marketing and Sales leadership
- Enrich thousands of records with firmographic, technographic, lead scoring, and contact data using tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Cleanse datasets, remove duplicates and inaccuracies, and segment lists by industry, spend potential, and engagement levels
- Develop processes to re-score, rest, and redistribute prospects, defining operational rules and workflows
- Work with Marketing to ensure leads are properly routed and enriched for Sales
- Partner with Sales Leaders to pre-load territories with high-intent data
- Partner with Product and Data teams to improve automation
- Monitor list convertibility and adjust sourcing parameters using sales feedback
- Maintain the health of Salesforce lead and account objects as a power user
- Assist in building automated workflows that move data from research tools into the CRM
- Track and report on list performance, penetration rates, and outbound database health
Requirements:
- 2–5 years in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Lead Generation, ideally within a B2B SaaS or Digital Advertising environment
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/Index Match, and Data Cleaning, are mandatory
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC)
- Familiarity with major enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Demandbase
- Proven ability to act as a liaison between Sales Leadership and Marketing Operations
- Ability to translate growth strategies into executable data workstreams
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities
- Resume must be submitted in English
