Job Description

Senior Sales Manager expanding Every Man Jack's natural channel business. Managing relationships with national grocery retailers and driving sales through strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape sales strategy to ensure company sales targets and profitability goals are met
  • Manage relationships with brokers and distributors, and oversee account management for key regional retailers, including presentation preparation
  • Travel as needed to meet with brokers at key retailers to boost sales and expand distribution for Every Man Jack
  • Collaborate with sales team members and the Sales Planning Director to enhance topline sales and develop the brand
  • Provide timely feedback on performance and updates on initiatives
  • Identify strategies for ongoing growth through sales velocity, new innovations, POD expansion, and effective promotions and displays to reach core consumers
  • Collaborate with brand, marketing, and e-commerce teams to increase brand visibility and work with supply chain and store operations for efficient inventory management and seamless execution
  • Develop and update annual budget forecasts monthly, using POS and order data alongside insights on promotions and competitive activity to drive growth while maintaining trade budget rates

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years working in a sales role for a CPG company
  • 5+ years of recent experience working with national grocery retailers
  • Must be results-oriented
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically with a track record of taking ownership and driving meaningful results
  • Ability to manage requirements for multiple projects working with peers offering clear prioritization, planning, and task delegation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to be held accountable for delivering superior results on time and on budget
  • Team player possessing strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships, manage brokers & communicate with all levels of management
  • Strong work ethic and ability to excel in remote sales environment with limited oversight
  • Organized, positive, and high-energy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to execute with high attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to anticipate issues and provide solutions.
