Job Description
Senior Recruiter supporting growth in enterprise sales for JetBrains. Owning full-cycle recruitment across international locations to enhance the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for enterprise sales and support roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and timelines
- Proactively source and engage candidates across multiple markets
- Ensure a consistent, positive, and inclusive candidate experience
- Help improve recruiting processes, tools, and ways of working
- Contribute market insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning
Requirements:
- Proven experience recruiting for business or go-to-market roles (such as Sales, Business Development, Customer Engineering, or Customer Success)
- Experience hiring across international markets, ideally within Europe
- Familiarity with European talent markets (for example, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, or similar)
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage candidates proactively
- The ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities
- Professional proficiency in English
