Job Description

Senior Vascular Sales Rep growing sales and market share for Vascular products in Denver and Wyoming. Leading ethics and compliance in B2B and Medical Sales across various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales and market share for an assigned territory by promoting, selling and servicing Vascular products.
  • Build business by aggressively developing new accounts and driving therapy adoption of DCB, Atherectomy, and the full PV product portfolio across the continuum of care for PAD.
  • Practice good, ethical territory management in terms of organization, planning, administration and expense planning and control.
  • Train medical staff on products and procedures.
  • Meet expectations as defined by Sales Management.
  • Consistently meet and exceed AOP, sales budget and account development targets (QoQ and YoY)
  • Develop and execute accurate and on-going sales plan to achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify opportunities within current and new customer base; develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and account penetration.
  • Leverage the full product portfolio to maximize sales and share performance.
  • Influence and Selling - Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers and their staff, etc.
  • Maintain and expand existing business; develop new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience (Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences)
  • 4+ years' experience in B2B or Medical Sales (Degree in biological science or business preferred)
  • Knowledge & experience in operating room, hospital & physician office protocol/conduct
  • Ability to teach & educate medical personnel, peers & technical support personnel
  • Top 10% past performance; President’s club winner.
