Job Description

Virtual Sales Representative at EVERSANA responsible for sales goals and client education in Rare Disease. Establishing relationships with Health Care Providers while working remotely from Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed assigned territory sales goals
  • Establish working relationships with assigned Health Care Providers
  • Communicate information on client’s product and educate customers on relevant patient assistance programs
  • Complete assigned product training at an advanced level
  • Develop expertise in delivery of core selling messaging
  • Ensure accuracy of sample and literature requests
  • Maintain database entries on targeted customer calls
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to team leadership
  • Comply with all company, PDMA, compliance and regulatory policies
  • Work independently from remote home office
  • Cultivate assigned virtual territory & be accountable for measurable results
  • Occasional travel required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR equivalent experience
  • 2 + years of sales experience in an outbound Virtual/Tele-sales
  • Experience in rare disease a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software especially Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication & rapport building skills
  • Ability to articulate complex clinical data
  • Aptitude and confidence to converse with physicians and medical office staff
  • Stable internet connection for VoIP calls and virtual call platforms
  • Familiarity with Sales Force Automation (SFA) application is preferred
