Job Description

Healthcare IT executive leading Ellit Groups’ enterprise applications service line across EHR, ERP, and administrative systems. Driving growth, delivery quality, consulting, and healthcare technology thought leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Set the vision and lead strategy for Ellit Groups’ Applications service line.
  • Oversee the applications portfolio, including EHR, ERP, PACS, Time & Attendance, and other administrative and operational applications.
  • Source and close new business across EHR, ERP, and administrative application engagements.
  • Build and manage a growth pipeline and contribute to company business development goals.
  • Lead business pursuits, client presentations, RFP responses, needs assessments, project scoping, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships and partner-enabled offerings.
  • Develop and execute Applications Service Line strategy across EHR implementation and optimization, ERP deployment, and application support.
  • Lead practice leaders and consultants toward revenue and growth targets while maintaining delivery quality.
  • Oversee delivery and quality of EHR, ERP, and administrative application engagements.
  • Own Applications Service Line offerings and manage budget, cost, and revenue.
  • Remain engaged in billable consulting as the Applications subject matter expert.
  • Participate in client pitches, proposal reviews, and solution design discussions.
  • Lead customer assessments and consulting engagements and serve as a senior escalation resource.
  • Ensure sales and proposal materials accurately represent capabilities, integrations, delivery approach, and quality standards.
  • Develop white papers, case studies, and industry-specific content on EHR, ERP, and healthcare application trends.
  • Participate in podcasts and speaking engagements.
  • Represent company culture through continuous learning, development, community service, and team-building efforts.

Requirements:

  • Required bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive healthcare IT leadership experience within one or more health systems or healthcare IT consulting firms.
  • Deep expertise across EHR, ERP, and administrative application platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in healthcare software applications, with emphasis on the Epic platform.
  • Proven experience serving as an escalation resource for complex delivery, platform, or client-facing issues.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated business development experience, including proposals, client pitches, solution design, and account growth initiatives.
  • Preferred master’s degree.
  • Preferred clinical background.
  • Preferred experience owning or managing a vendor relationship for a major healthcare technology platform.
  • Preferred proposal development, RFP response, and client presentation experience.
  • Preferred consulting or professional services leadership experience within health IT or enterprise clinical systems.
  • Preferred experience collaborating with platform partners and ecosystem vendors.
  • Preferred current or lapsed Epic certification.
  • Preferred current or lapsed PMP certification.
  • Preferred current or lapsed Lean certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
  • Preferred ITIL certification.
