Job Description
Services Solution Consultant responsible for selling services solutions to K-12 school districts. Achieving sales targets and building customer relationships in an assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Using a solution sales approach to sell PowerSchool professional services to K-12 schools
- Product Knowledge – Expand knowledge and maintains continual understanding of designated applications and client business processes.
- Acts as a subject matter expert for overall Professional Services & the Customer Journey
- Managing and submitting weekly forecasts against assigned quota and leading overall services product solution team goals
- Presentation Execution –Able to lead effective Professional Services sessions to varied audiences and customer roles during the sales process.
- Consulting Skills -Responsible for determining client needs and making appropriate recommendations for current and future value-added services, products, etc.
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns focusing on specific territory and services offerings
- Communication - Liaises with clients either on-site, by phone or email. Sets project and software expectations. Responds to feedback, resolving any issues in a manner that satisfies the customer while meeting business objectives.
- Being a positive member of a team environment while working independently to meet an aggressive quota
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant and related work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
- Travel occasionally, up to 25-40%, for key moments such as team summits, training, customer meetings, company events, etc., with increased frequency during peak periods based on business demands.
- Proficient in MS Office suite products (PPT/ Word/Excel) Office 365, SharePoint, and other technical collaborative environments
- Previous CRM experience preferred (Salesforce a plus)
