Job Description

SMB SDR responsible for onboarding and growing new clients in Cyprus at Project Agora. Focusing on consultative sales and client engagement within Digital Advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospects and onboard new SMB clients based in Cyprus with substantial annual revenue potential.
  • Approach and engage new clients by conducting discovery sessions to understand client needs, developing customized proposals aligned with Taboola's best practices, and collaborating with internal teams for effective presentations.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of clients, propose strategies for growth, and serve as the primary liaison for global and regional best practices.
  • Offer expert digital strategy consultation, leveraging knowledge of pricing, inventory trends, and market opportunities.
  • Proactively upsell and expand business within existing multinational accounts to maximize Taboola's platform usage across targeted markets.
  • Build strong relationships with the assigned clients to grow and provide high level account management.

Requirements:

  • Has 3-4 years of sales experience within Digital Advertising.
  • Has solid understanding of marketing and advertising KPIs, with a BA/BSc in Marketing/Communications/Business/Analytics or related field.
  • Is an Expert in sales and strategic account management, with a track record of engaging clients with multi-market operations and high revenue potential.
  • Proven ability to create incremental value for partners in a self-driven manner.
  • Can develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the complexities of multi-market business environments.
  • Is proficient in nurturing and managing client relationships to foster enduring partnerships.
  • Has a visionary mindset with the capability to navigate and thrive in diverse market landscapes.
  • Has an ownership mindset - We are in a rapid growth stage! You’ll need to enjoy taking responsibility and be comfortable with (fast) change.
  • Has a can-do attitude.
  • Knowledge of Russian is a Plus.
