Job Description

Strategic Business & Marketing Manager working on business development and enhancing sales and marketing strategies. Collaborate closely with leadership, managing presentations and partnership development.

Responsibilities:

  • You ensure the sales organization can present professionally and convincingly: creation and preparation of proposal and pitch presentations
  • Coordination and consolidation of cost estimates from specialist departments
  • Structuring service descriptions, value propositions and storylines
  • Further development of existing pitch decks (content & visualization)
  • Development and expansion of partnerships with existing and new platform partners
  • You act as the content link between the business unit and central marketing: preparation and development of webinar topics and content
  • Creation of various presentations (internal & external) including ensuring high presentation quality ("clear story, attractive slides")
  • You work directly with the Managing Director and provide both operational and substantive support: management of the Managing Director’s LinkedIn presence (topic planning, content coordination, posting cadence)
  • Support with organizational matters (small back-office component)
  • Preparation and support for client meetings (materials, agenda, logistics)
  • Depending on the topic, provide technical/subject-matter input during meetings or in follow-ups
  • You help translate new ideas into concrete offerings: exchange with subject-matter roles (e.g., Head of Platforms, Head of Engineering)
  • Market and competitive analyses (trends, offerings, positioning)
  • Participation in the development of new products, services or offering components
  • Coordination of go-to-market activities with the central marketing team
  • Creation of texts and content (AI-assisted) including feedback loops with the specialist departments

Requirements:

  • Initial to several years of professional experience in business, marketing, consulting, agency or tech environments
  • Solid technical understanding (digital solutions, software, platforms)
  • Excellent PowerPoint / presentation skills (storytelling & visualization)
  • Confident use of AI tools for text generation and structuring
  • Strong communication skills to proactively gather information
  • Structured, independent and reliable working style
  • Enjoy mediating between different stakeholders
  • High quality standards for content and presentations
