Job Description

Strategic Enterprise Account Executive helping expand relationships with key organizations in the housing industry. Engaging decision-makers and delivering HousingWire solutions to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise relationships across the housing ecosystem
  • Develop and expand relationships with executives and key decision-makers within strategic organizations across mortgage, real estate, homebuilding, and proptech
  • Identify opportunities to deliver housing market data, intelligence, and enterprise subscriptions
  • Lead discovery conversations, develop proposals, negotiate agreements, and close business
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to deliver customer value and support complex opportunities
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market activity
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed individual revenue goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, account management, partnerships, or a related commercial role
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and consultative selling skills
  • Experience managing complex customer relationships and multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and expand accounts over time
  • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience in housing, mortgage, real estate, homebuilding, proptech, financial services, media, or information services (preferred)
  • Existing relationships within the housing ecosystem (preferred)
  • Experience selling data, subscriptions, marketing solutions, events, sponsorships, or professional services (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Slack (preferred)
