Job Description
Talent Development Partner III fostering organizational learning through innovative training solutions. Collaborating with HR and business leaders to assess and address development needs.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders and stakeholders to assess learning needs
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to create and implement customized learning and development plans
- Translate business objectives into learning strategies, curricula and roadmaps
- Design and deliver high-impact, learner-centered development experiences including virtual instructor-led training
- Create clear instructional materials that adhere to brand and learning objectives
- Apply various facilitation methods to deepen understanding and behavior change
- Manage project details and use data to refine learning outcomes
- Define and track key metrics and effectiveness measures for all learning initiatives
- Perform any other job related duties as requested
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Education, Human Resources, or a related field required
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Learning and Development, or related field preferred
- Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education
- Five (5) years of experience in learning and development, instructional design and/or facilitation in a corporate environment
- Proven track record designing and delivering learning programs for varied audiences using adult learning theory
- Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels, manage multiple priorities, and measure learning outcomes
- Experience using learning evaluation methods and tools (e.g., Kirkpatrick, surveys, feedback loops)
