Job Description
Talent & People Partner shaping modern recruiting structures in a remote role. Focused on talent acquisition and onboarding at Deutscher Hilfsbund e.V.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire end-to-end recruiting process, from requirements analysis to final role placement
- Create and post targeted job advertisements on relevant platforms
- Coordinate and conduct phone and in-person interviews
- Maintain and develop the ATS (JOIN) and ensure a clean candidate pipeline
- Actively contribute to employer branding as an attractive volunteer-based organization
- Support the onboarding of new team members
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a nonprofit or social-sector environment
- Knowledge of modern recruiting tools and methods (ATS systems, active sourcing, structured interviews)
- Structured and proactive working style, with experience in process optimization and design
- Clear and empathetic communication — with candidates as well as colleagues and managers
- Identification with DEHIB’s social work and a genuine interest in our mission
- Excellent German skills (C1/C2); good English skills are an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and ideally JOIN or comparable ATS systems
