Job Description
HR Talent Scout managing the recruitment and HR operations at Codekeeper. Seeking a proactive individual to enhance processes and attract top talent in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the overall Human Resources (HR) strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures
- Oversee recruitment activities, including sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
- Organize three online team gatherings and one offline team event per year to foster engagement and a strong company culture
- Explore new platforms, tools, and strategies to enhance recruitment processes
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1–2 years in a similar HR or recruitment role
- Background in recruitment, with experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
- Experience in performance coaching
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
